Belgian techno DJs Amber Broos and Portex unite for new track ‘Scandalous’

Friday, 14 November 2025 - Belgian DJs and producers Amber Broos and Portex bring a powerful new track to the techno scene with their latest release ‘Scandalous’, out now on Tomorrowland Music. From its first beat, this hypnotic techno track boosts moods with pulsating basslines, acid melodies, and an instant dose of euphoria.

Scandalous is out now on all platforms.

The roots of Amber and Portex’s collaboration trace back to last summer, when Portex performed at Tomorrowland Belgium during Amber Broos’ hosting of the iconic Atmosphere Stage.

“Portex and I have been friends for quite a while, so working together just felt really natural,” says Amber. “We wanted to find a balance between both our styles:  his sound is a bit more bouncy, and mine leans towards that old-school vibe, and somehow it just clicked”.

Amber Broos, known for blending peaktime energy with retro influences, and Portex, whose sound fuses acid, bounce, and trance elements, bring their distinct styles together in Scandalous, creating a track that is both bold and dynamic.

Anchored by the bold lyric: “I’m so scandalous, they see me working it. A Worldstar make a hit – yeah, I’m so iconic,” the track exudes a self-assured flair brought to life by the compelling and emotive vocals of Doolie.

“We still felt like something was missing… until Doolie came in. The lyrics she wrote were so unique, and her voice brought this whole new layer of emotion and character to the track. It all just came together in the best way.”
